Good Hello helps you find relevant people on Instagram, prepare an introduction and keep the conversation moving. You send the first DM. Rae, your AI assistant, can handle eligible replies using the information you give her.
1. Give the conversation a purpose
Start with your offer, who it could help and the next step you want to work towards. Add useful facts, examples of your voice and the situations that need a person.
Your saved account profile tells Rae who is speaking. Your campaign explains what you are offering.
2. Find a reason to talk
Search relevant posts and review the people behind them. Check the evidence before choosing someone to approach. A relevant post gives you a starting point; it does not tell you whether someone wants to buy.
3. Send a thoughtful introduction
Write your own message or ask Rae for a draft. Review the person and wording, then send the first DM in Instagram and record it in Good Hello.
4. Let Rae help with the replies
- Automatic replies: Rae answers eligible incoming messages using your campaign and conversation history.
- Drafts for review: Rae prepares replies for you to check and send.
- AI replies off: you handle the conversation yourself.
Automatic replies need a verified Instagram connection through HookChat. Good Hello only sends eligible replies within 24 hours of the person’s latest incoming message, subject to your settings and usage limits. Photos, videos and voice notes that arrive without text need a person to review them.
5. Step in when it matters
Rae can hand over when someone asks for a person, accepts your offer or needs a decision beyond the terms you supplied.
Choose I’ll take over to pause Rae for that conversation. The history stays with it. Queued AI replies are cancelled, though a reply already being sent may still arrive.
After closing the handover, you can let Rae handle the next incoming message.
Know what uses tokens
Good Hello tokens are credits for paid actions, including discovery, AI generation, reply sending and publishing services. Paid work you start has a fixed token price before approval. Automatic replies use the prices and usage controls you enable, without asking you to approve each message.
You can also use your own AI to prepare copy and save it in Good Hello without paying for us to generate it again.
